The Jean Turon – REALMUR Group has developed an in-depth understanding of a wide range of real estate sectors:
Offices, Retail, Warehouses, Residential, Nursing, Hotels & Student Housing.
Via carrying out more than forty new-build and refurbished properties comprising more than 200,000 sqm.
At first, projects were primarily located in the Ile-de-France region, however over the past fifteen years it has expanded out in to other Regional French cities as and when market opportunities arose.
In addition, the Jean Turon – REALMUR Group has advised major institutional and private real estate investors. Since its creation, the Jean Turon Group has sourced deals amounting to over 1 Million sqm both in leasing and sales.
In 2014, REALMUR opened a foreign real estate development company, starting in Portugal

Role : Developer and Investor and hotel Operator
Refurbishment and development of a 2* hotel. 3 levels will be added to the existing building. The hotel will offer 88 rooms branded Ibis Budget (ACCOR). Expected delivery : April 2018.

Hotel, Vélizy Villacoublay (78)
Role : Investor and hotel Operator
Acquisition of a 3* hotel, branded Holiday Inn Express (INTERCONTINENTAL). Expected delivery date : end of july 2016

« Greenazur » building :
Large renovation of a 3 500 sqm office building. Development advisory and project management. Achieved the sale of the property after letting out the property. Realmur still retains the property management mandate for the building, and manages the property on behalf of the new owner.

Paris 8th arrondissement, Rue de Courcelles,
« Courcelles Garden » building :
Renovation of a former car park into a 3 000 sqm office building. Attainment of the office use and creation of the planning application documentation. Definition of the letting strategy and identification of end-buyers on behalf of the developer. Attainment of HQE / BBC accreditation upon completion of the project.
