Isabelle Sanchez-Turon
Graduate from the Centre National des Arts & Métiers (CNAM) and the Institute for legal and economic practices for real estate, construction and housing (ICH).
In 1972, Jean joined the commercial property consultancy firm Richard Ellis France and over 9 years, in which he held the position of Deputy Senior Sales Manager, he gained an in-depth understanding of real estate consultancy.
In 1981 he joined the company Arthur Loyd as Associate Executive Director. Based on his extensive experience, he decided to create his own commercial property consulting agency, which has gone on to take part in large commercial real estate projects.
He then went on to develop new areas for the Jean Turon Group – REALMUR, such as: deal sourcing, development and property management. He also secured the group’s financial stability thanks to investments made in consolidated markets.
He holds a graduate degree in engineering from the National Institute Polytechnic of Grenoble and a Specialist Master’s Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC.
In 2001, Julien joined the Royal Bank of Scotland in the real estate structured finance department. During this time he was involved in many projects in France and Spain worth over 12 billion euros: acquisition of listed property companies, “sale and leaseback” transactions for the biggest names in the market.
He joined the Jean Turon Group – REALMUR in October 2005 and now, alongside Jean Sanchez-Turon, organises the operational management and strategy of the group.
Holds a graduate degree from EPSCI-ESSEC (with a year spent at the School of Management at Royal Holloway, University of London) and a specialist Master’s Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC.
She started her career at CBRE in London in 2004, before joining Atisreal’s International valuation department – BNP Paribas Real Estate Group.
From 2009, she worked at Savills, a leading international commercial property consultancy, as Associate Director of the valuation department. Isabelle has acquired extensive skills in valuing property for mortgage financing purposes on behalf of German banks that are active in the French market.
As such she has intervened in complex real estate, urban and legal issues relating to properties across all asset classes throughout France.
She joined the Jean Turon – REALMUR Group in October 2013, in order to bolster its Investment and Consultancy business.
